Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luhemu. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States and to selected international destinations.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Deadline: 6:00 PM EST (GMT-5)
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–6 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: 10–18 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier service disruptions.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 USD for all orders (domestic and international).
  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Track your package using the carrier’s website.
  • For international shipments, tracking may be limited after leaving the United States.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally from the United States to select countries.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays, which are beyond our control.

Tip: Please check with your country’s customs office for specific import guidelines before placing your order.


6. Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Contact us at support@luhemu.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Do not return items without first contacting us for return instructions.

7. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, refunds will be issued within 5–9 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at support@luhemu.com immediately.
  • We will work with the shipping provider to track the shipment.
  • If the package is declared lost, we will offer a refund or replacement.

9. Address Changes

  • Contact us before shipment if you need to update your delivery address.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once the package has been shipped.

10. Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to inventory distribution.
  • No additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.
