  • Cutoff 6PM(GMT-06:00) Central Time (Chicago)
  • Order Processing: 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Standard Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors, including customs for international orders.

Shipping Fees

  • Within the USA: Flat-rate shipping fee of $8.55 per order.
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This number allows you to track the status of your delivery.

Note: For international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package exits the USA.


Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–9 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and customs charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

International Orders

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or fulfillment logistics.
You will not incur additional shipping fees for these separate shipments.
