2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–6 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: 10–18 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier service disruptions.
3. Shipping Fees
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 USD for all orders (domestic and international).
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Track your package using the carrier’s website.
- For international shipments, tracking may be limited after leaving the United States.
5. International Shipping & Customs
- We ship internationally from the United States to select countries.
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs clearance may cause delays, which are beyond our control.

6. Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase:

- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, refunds will be issued within 5–9 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
