How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact support@luhemu.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will make every effort to accommodate changes or cancellations. If it has shipped, you may request a return once delivered—see our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- U.S. Delivery: 3–6 business days after shipping
- International Delivery: 10–18 business days (based on destination and customs)
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $8.55 USD for all domestic and international orders.
How do I track my shipment?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery. Need help? Contact us anytime.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging. Please view our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–9 business days to your original payment method. Please note: shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, but only if it has not shipped. If the order has shipped, you can return it once delivered following our return policy.
