Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired products, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, provide your shipping and payment information, review your order details, and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. In that case, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.


Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs procedures.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.55 for all orders shipped within the USA. This rate remains the same regardless of the number of items in your order.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to [email protected].


Return & Refund

1. What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 28 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full instructions.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–9 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable.


Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it upon request. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may return the product after delivery following our Return Policy.
