1. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order:
- Email us at support@luhemu.com as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
We will attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible — but you may still return the item upon delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed, engraved, or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- If you’d like to cancel a custom order, please reach out immediately. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on production status.
3. Cancellation Fees
- No cancellation fees apply for orders canceled before shipment.
- If the item has already shipped:
- You may return the product at your own expense, in line with our return policy.
- If the package is refused or unclaimed, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–9 business days.
- If canceled after shipment, the refund will be processed after the returned item is received and approved, following our Return & Refund Policy.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and associated charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
