We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may still return the item(s) by following our Return & Refund Policy.


Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are typically made to order and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us promptly and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fees apply for orders canceled before shipping.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may return the items at your own cost in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery or not collected, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–9 business days.
  • If your order has shipped, a refund will be processed after the returned item(s) are received and approved per our return guidelines.
  • Shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable.
